The Kawai HM-5 is a dedicated designer stand for the Kawai ES920 and ES520 portable digital pianos, transforming either instrument into a compact, furniture-style piano. Constructed from wood and metal, it provides a sturdy, stable base while giving the portable keyboard a more traditional appearance for home, teaching and practice environments.
The digital piano attaches to the stand using four thumb screws, allowing the instrument to be removed without tools when it needs to be transported separately. The HM-5 is available in black or white finishes to match the corresponding ES920 or ES520 model.The HM-5 is specifically designed for the Kawai ES920 and ES520 digital pianos. Its dedicated construction ensures the portable instruments can be securely mounted to create a more permanent piano setup without using a conventional X-frame or keyboard stand.

Four thumb screws secure the ES920 or ES520 to the stand, allowing the piano to be detached when required. The HM-5 can also be combined with Kawai's F-302 triple pedal board, which is available separately and is specifically designed to attach to the stand.
