A few days after your order ships we'll email you a link to leave a review. When your feedback is published it will carry a Customer verified badge, so others know it came from a real order with us.
We only ever edit a review to remove profanity, spam, or personal details - otherwise it's published exactly as written, good or bad. We won’t ever remove or edit critical ones.
You don't need to have bought a product from us to review it - if you know the product, we want you to let other shoppers know what you honestly think, using the form on the product page. These are moderated in the same way, but won't carry our Customer verified badge.

At Chamberlain music we love to support local suppliers promoting British manufactured goods and especially prioritising workshops over larger factories. We have lots of suppliers who make goods for us in the UK – our leather music cases are made in Liverpool, our whistles in Birmingham and our mallets & beaters in Leicestershire – and lots more. When you do a little digging, its sometimes easier than you might think to buy goods that are made locally – we have microphones, trumpet mutes, instrument cases and lots more - all made in the UK. Our aim is simply to highlight products that are local, helping our customers make informed purchasing decision.
The benefits and importance of manufacturing in the UK:
Hugely reduced carbon footprint, no containers or ships required
Supporting our British manufacturers and the UK economy
Preserving traditional crafts and people with a long history of making great products
More often than not, higher product quality and better ethical standards
So much quicker and easier when our suppliers are just 50 miles away as opposed to 5000
