A few days after your order ships we'll email you a link to leave a review. When your feedback is published it will carry a Customer verified badge, so others know it came from a real order with us.
We only ever edit a review to remove profanity, spam, or personal details - otherwise it's published exactly as written, good or bad. We won’t ever remove or edit critical ones.
You don't need to have bought a product from us to review it - if you know the product, we want you to let other shoppers know what you honestly think, using the form on the product page. These are moderated in the same way, but won't carry our Customer verified badge.

Enter the reference in the purchase order or PO field in the basket or checkout. Account orders may be held until a valid official reference is supplied.
You will receive an order acknowledgement after checkout. The order is confirmed once payment, stock and any required checks are complete. We will contact you if something prevents us from proceeding.

When offered at checkout, Klarna can allow eligible UK customers aged 18 or over to pay in three interest-free instalments or up to 30 days later. Approval and late-payment terms are set by Klarna.
Checkout is encrypted and payments are handled by established payment providers. Chamberlain Music does not receive the full card details needed to reuse your card independently.
Eligible purchases may be financed through Novuna Personal Finance, subject to status and affordability. Please contact us for more information regarding Novuna. Klarna may also be available at checkout for Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 days. Available options depend on the order value and product.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be zero-rated for UK VAT, but the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes and clearance charges.
Pianos & specialist delivery
Pianos are prepared before sale, and tuning arrangements depend on the instrument and package. Many acoustic pianos benefit from a post-delivery tuning after settling. Confirm what is included with the piano team.

Removal may be arranged as part of a part exchange or separate quotation. Provide photographs, location and full access details for both instruments.
Acoustic pianos use specialist removers. Standard ground-floor delivery is free where access is straightforward. Stairs, difficult access, cranes, long carries and non-mainland destinations require a separate quotation.
Pre-owned pianos are assessed and prepared according to their condition. Work may include action servicing, cleaning, casework preparation, tuning and replacement of worn parts. The product listing states the warranty and included work.
Contact the piano team with the types of piano you want to compare and some suitable dates. The Haslemere showroom is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays by appointment.
The Haslemere showroom holds a large selection of new and pre-owned acoustic, digital and hybrid pianos. Tell the team your budget and preferences so suitable instruments can be prepared.
Clear the route and final position, protect vulnerable floors and make sure access and parking are available. Avoid placing an acoustic piano next to a radiator, exterior door or strong source of heat.
A piano normally needs time to settle into its new temperature and humidity. The piano team or tuner will advise the appropriate timing and confirm whether post-delivery tuning is included.
Provide the full postcode, floor, steps, turns, lift dimensions, parking restrictions and photographs or video of the route. Include details at both addresses for a part exchange.
GOLD delivery includes specialist delivery, assembly, positioning and removal of the packaging. It is available on eligible digital pianos and is normally charged at £195 plus VAT for UK mainland delivery.
Warranty length varies by new, pre-owned, acoustic and digital model. The product page or written quotation will confirm the cover. Keep the invoice and follow any registration or servicing requirements.

The product description or package contents should state this. Contact us before ordering if a power supply is essential, as batteries or adapters are not included with every product.
Delivery varies by publisher and may use an email code, account registration or physical package. Check platform, licence type, number of users and education eligibility before ordering because activated licences are normally non-returnable.
