An PA speaker that can provide full-range sound for live bands, school plays, stage monitoring or even spoken presentations. This quality sound is created by the 10" low-mid driver and 1" compression driver, bolstered with a Class D bi-amplifier delivering 1400W peak and 700W continuous power.
The speaker comes with Built-in DSP, the integrated 2-channel mixer helps maintain sound preferences. It comes with 4 selectable sound modes help tailor its response to music playback, live performance, monitoring or announcements, while its multi-angle cabinet allows it to be used as a main PA speaker or positioned as a floor monitor.
10" HH-designed low-mid driver with a 1" compression driver to reproduce low and high frequencies through a 2-way speaker system. Its Class D bi-amplifier delivers 700W continuous power and 1400W peak power, with a maximum peak SPL of 129dB at 1m. A 90° horizontal by 60° vertical coverage pattern helps distribute sound across the listening area.
The onboard DSP offers 4 preset modes: Music, Live, Monitor and Vocal. These settings allow the speaker's response to be adapted sounds such as playback, live bands or onstage monitoring and announcements.
Additional DSP processing includes crossover management, equalisation, dual-band limiters, and phase and time optimisation. Integrated protection and limiting help manage excessive signal levels, while the clip indicator provides a visual warning when the system is being driven too hard.
2 balanced combo inputs accept XLR or 6.3mm jack connections, allowing microphones and other audio sources to be connected directly. Channel gain controls and a master volume make it easy to balance input levels, while the balanced XLR mix output can feed another speaker or part of a larger sound system. A ground lift switch is also provided to help address unwanted electrical hum in compatible setups.
The Tensor speaker is protect by a robust polypropylene enclosure with 3 moulded carry handles for easier transport and setup. Its multi-angle design incorporates a 45° monitor angle, allowing the speaker to be positioned towards performers when used as a floor monitor. You can also switch off the illuminated front logo, letting the speaker suit its environment cleanly.
Should it be needed, a 35mm pole socket supports mounting on a compatible speaker stand, while 4 M8 mounting points provide options for suitable suspended installations using appropriate rigging hardware. The heavy-gauge black powder-coated steel grille, complete with acoustic foam backing which protects the speakers components.
