The YAS82Z is a professional Eb alto saxophone. With optimised ergonomics and pin-point accurate tuning, this expertly designed saxophone is made to meet your highest expectations. The YAS82Z has a powerful sound with the ability to fly over fast passages with ease, which is ideal for even the most demanding of performances. There are three finishes to choose from, each with elaborate and detailed engraving on the bell, offering a delicate beauty to your instrument that’ll look stunning onstage.

Outstanding construction and quality sound

This gorgeous instrument comes with all of the required features and more, including the wide bore taper of the 62 Style neck, which provides a free-blowing feel and the greatest possible flexibility.

There's an improved low B-C# connection mechanism, which ensures the consistent closing of the low C# key and promotes a clear response from notes in the lower range of the instrument. Integrated key posts make the horn blow with moderate resistance while delivering a solid core with deep tone colour. And an adjustable Front F mechanism gives the player the freedom to find the optimal level of resistance in the altissimo range.

This instrument also comes equipped with a one-piece bell that drastically improves low end response and offers the player a wider palette of tonal colour. Plus, the metal resonators offer an outstanding response and deliver a wider dynamic range. Overall, the entire range of the YAS82Z has a clearer pronunciation, providing effortless playability all around.
