Introducing the Yamaha YOB431B intermediate oboe outfit

The YOB431B is made of top quality aged and seasoned grenadilla wood for a rich professional sound. This is the same material as used on Yamaha Custom models and the instrument as a whole has been carefully crafted in a similar manner.

Sophisticated keywork

The 431B has a semi-automatic octave, simplified conservatiore system and also includes a thumb plate. The keys are hand-adjusted by experienced artisans for precise playability, and auxiliary keys include a 3rd octave key, left-hand F key, and fork F resonance key.
