The protection racket 5028-00 is a professional hardware bag designed for transporting drum stands and other heavy-duty drum hardware. Its wide, low-profile construction distributes weight more evenly than traditional tall hardware bags, making it easier to carry while providing ample space for the hardware from a standard 5-piece drum kit.
Manufactured using Protection Racket's durable Racketex exterior and high-density Propadd foam padding, the 5028-00 is built to withstand the demands of regular rehearsals, performances and touring. Internal retaining straps help secure hardware during transport, while reinforced handles and heavy-duty zips provide dependable performance for frequent use.
Unlike conventional hardware bags, the 5028-00 features a wide profile that spreads the weight of your hardware more evenly. The racket is designed to carry the hardware from a standard 5-piece drum kit, including a hi-hat stand, three boom stands, snare stand and stool base. The full-length coffin-style opening also provides excellent access when loading and unloading equipment.
The exterior is made from abrasion-resistant 600 denier Racketex polyester, designed to resist wear while offering excellent protection against the elements. Inside, high-density Propadd foam cushions your hardware against knocks during transport, while the Racketex lining provides a tough, protective interior suited to heavy metal hardware. Internal securing straps minimise movement while travelling.
Designed with the needs of gigging drummers in mind, the 5028-00 incorporates reinforced webbing carry handles, heavy-duty nylon zips and bonded double-stitched construction for long-term durability. An integrated luggage tag makes identification straightforward when transporting or organising multiple cases.
