The ClearSonic A5 4 section isolation booth provides a practical way to reduce sound spill and microphone bleed around instruments and other sound sources. Its transparent acrylic panels create acoustic separation while maintaining visibility, making it useful for recording, rehearsal and live performance environments.
The four-section design can be arranged to create an adjustable footprint around the sound source. ClearSonic's modular panel system also allows the booth to be expanded or combined with additional acoustic treatment, giving you greater flexibility when setting up an isolation area.
The booth uses four-section acrylic panels designed to provide a physical barrier between the sound source and the surrounding room. The transparent construction maintains a clear sight line, while the durable acrylic helps contain direct sound and reduce microphone spill.
ClearSonic's A-series panels use 1/4in acrylic and full-length flexible hinges with a tooth-in-groove mechanical locking system. The hinges allow the panels to fold in an accordion-style arrangement for easier storage and transport. The four-section configuration can be adjusted to suit the available space and the sound source being isolated. Cable cutouts in the acrylic panels provide a convenient route for microphone and instrument cables without having to leave gaps in the shield.
The modular design also allows additional panels, height extenders and Sorber sound absorption baffles to be incorporated when greater isolation or acoustic treatment is required.
