The Meinl Snarecraft pickup cajon combines expressive acoustic tone with built-in amplification, making it an excellent choice for music classrooms, ensembles and performance settings. Part of the Snarecraft series, it pairs durable Baltic birch construction with an integrated pickup system, allowing players to maintain a natural cajon feel while easily connecting to classroom amplification, rehearsal PA systems or stage setups.

Integrated three-piezo pickup system for clear projection

The built-in three piezo pickup system captures both snare articulation and bass response with clarity. Two pickups focus on snare tones while a third captures bass frequencies, helping maintain a balanced and defined sound when amplified.

Onboard volume and tone controls allow teachers and students to quickly adapt to different spaces, from small practice rooms to larger halls and performance spaces.
