This professional quality timpani mallet features a flannel style head. A flannel style timpani mallet consists of punched flannel discs, layered around a plastic beater head. The PP2855 has a hard density head for a direct and powerful tone. The bamboo shaft perfectly balances the mallet whilst the silicone ends add extra grip.
