This three metre long wall frieze tells the story of western classical music from its birth in the dark ages to the present day.

Covering the years 1400-2000, each period is tagged with important historical events and the most influential composers of the time. To give further context, famous works of art and photographs are printed underneath showing how visual arts were affected by the same events.
