How our reviews work

  • A few days after your order ships we'll email you a link to leave a review. When your feedback is published it will carry a Customer verified badge, so others know it came from a real order with us.
  • We only ever edit a review to remove profanity, spam, or personal details - otherwise it's published exactly as written, good or bad. We won’t ever remove or edit critical ones.
  • You don't need to have bought a product from us to review it - if you know the product, we want you to let other shoppers know what you honestly think, using the form on the product page. These are moderated in the same way, but won't carry our Customer verified badge.

Whether you're a gigging player or a passionate hobbyist, this set covers all your harmonic bases with style and precision.

Engineered for performance

Every Promaster in this set features a precision-machined aluminum comb, satin-anodized for strength, smoothness, and outstanding airtightness. The comb works in perfect harmony with phosphor bronze reeds and laser-tuned reed plates, ensuring each harmonica plays with clarity, power, and effortless expression.

Iconic feel, refined finish

The polished chrome-plated brass cover plates are shaped for ultimate comfort, allowing players to enjoy long sessions without strain. Their ergonomic design also enhances sound projection while offering the sleek, professional aesthetic Suzuki is known for.

How are Suzuki harmonicas labelled?

When choosing a harmonica, it’s important to know how the key is labelled—and Suzuki makes it simple. Unlike some brands that label their instruments by the second position (often used for blues), Suzuki harmonicas are labelled according to the first position, also known as straight harp. This means the key printed on the harmonica is the key you get when playing melodies in first position. The handy table below shows you the corresponding keys for playing in each position. For example, if you want to play in the key of C in second position (C mixolydian), you need an F harmonica.

  • First position - standard major scale, ideal for folk melodies and simple pop songs
  • Second position - mixolydian mode, perfect for the blues
  • Third position - dorian mode, lending a darker, minor soundscape
