The Quantum marching tenor drums combine a maple-walnut blended shell design with advanced engineering, featuring the patented Free Floating Lug Bridge (FFLB) mounting system from Randall May International. This innovative system provides exceptional stability, ensures flexible future setups, and eliminates the need for additional drilling or hardware.
To optimize performance, the drums are crafted with a thinner blended shell, reducing weight without compromising strength. Reinforced rings further enhance shell integrity. The construction features maple olive veneer on the outer plies, maple in the middle plies, and walnut for the interior piles, for an excellent tone and response. The dark black covering and glossy chrome finish creates a striking professional appearance.
