The Mapex 800 series pedal is designed for drummers who need consistent response, durability along with a fully adjustable playing feel. The pedal is pulled by a double-chain drive system, giving a smooth, direct connection between the footboards and beaters, while the extended footboards give additional space to adjust your foot placement. The updated design also features an extended bass drum hoop clamp for improved compatibility with electronic drum kits.
The pedals include Mapex Falcon Series beaters with interchangeable 10g and 20g weights, allowing you to adjust the beater feel to suit your playing style. A self-adjusting hoop clamp, ball-bearing spring system and solid steel base plates provide a stable platform. All this and a carry bag included for transport and safekeeping.

The self-adjusting bass drum hoop clamp features a side-mounted adjuster, allowing it to accommodate different bass drum angles while keeping the pedal base flat.
An updated hoop clamp with an extended jaw improves grip on bass drum hoops and compatible electronic drum kick pads. The solid steel base plates and retractable floor spikes of the pedal board help keep the pedal stable during playing, keeping you rooted in position and playing worry free.
