The LapCabby Lyte single door plastic shelf charging cabinets offer a secure, efficient, and space-saving solution for charging and storing up to 16 or 20 devices with screens up to 15.6", including laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, POS systems, and other chargeable equipment. Perfect for education, studio, and commercial spaces, these robust units provide efficient simultaneous charging, silent ventilation, and advanced security within a durable, compact design.

The unit has a Lifetime Warranty (5 years electrical), and is shipped fully assembled, making it a practical, long-term solution.

Equipped with two in-house designed power strips, either 8-way (Lyte 16) or 10-way (Lyte 20), these units allow for simultaneous charging of all devices. Angled sockets accommodate larger adaptors side by side without blocking adjacent outlets. A 1.8m (6ft) IEC power cord is included, and a soft-start power management system protects devices with in-rush surge protection, sequential start-up, and residual current protection.

Devices are stored horizontally in individual compartments, with room for protective cases and other tech accessories. A fixed-shelf layout ensures devices remain safe during storage and allows for easy, tangle-free access. With models supporting 16 or 20 compartments, each device is well-protected in a clean, efficient configuration.

Each cabinet features a 6-plate lever activation key lock system and a separate, lockable power compartment to secure both devices and internal electrical components. Inset door handles eliminate protruding parts, reducing damage and enhancing safety. Plus, the clean, impact-resistant design ensures long-term durability, even in high-traffic environments.

Silent, fan-free ventilation system

Ventilation is managed through a silent, fan-free design with side and rear vents that maintain consistent airflow to prevent overheating, without the noise or risks of traditional fans. This makes the unit ideal for quiet, hygienic environments such as classrooms, offices, and medical settings.

Advanced cable and adaptor management

Each AC adaptor is stored in its own flexible ABS pocket within the power compartment, keeping cables organised, secure, and free from damage. Cable clip channels route power leads from the rear to each front device compartment, locking cables in place to prevent them from being pulled out when removing a device.
