The LapCabby Lyte Mobile USB Charging Cabinet offers robust, high-speed charging and secure horizontal storage for 10, 16 or 20 devices up to 15.6”. Whether you're charging laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, or other USB-powered equipment, this unit delivers simultaneous power via both USB-C (up to 60W) and USB-A (up to 10.5W) connections. Each device is stored in its own horizontal compartment with plenty of space for protective cases. The compact, vertical design saves floor space, while ergonomic handles and hospital-grade castors make it easy to manoeuvre between rooms. Cables are securely managed through dedicated channels, keeping the interior tidy and safe from damage. With fanless passive ventilation, a secure dual-locking system and a separate lockable power compartment, it’s a complete charging and storage solution — shipped fully assembled and backed by lifetime support.
Equipped with a custom USB-C and USB-A hub, the Lyte cabinet delivers fast, simultaneous charging across all bays. USB-C ports support Power Delivery up to 60W — ideal for modern laptops and tablets — while USB-A offers up to 10.5W for legacy devices and accessories. All sockets are designed to accommodate bulkier plugs without obstructing adjacent ports.
Devices are stored flat in individual shelves, reducing wear and tear from movement and improving airflow. Each bay fits devices up to 15.6", including rugged cases.
Cables are routed through cable clip portholes between the rear power compartment and each device bay. Secure anchor points prevent cables from being removed along with devices. AC adaptors are safely held in individual pockets, with flexible materials and ventilation to simplify setup and avoid overheating.
Despite its generous capacity, the Lyte cabinet maintains a compact footprint and is easy to move. Wide-grip handles allow light-touch mobility, while large, non-marking castors (two of which are braked) ensure smooth and stable movement. A rear-set top surface allows the cabinet to sit flush against a wall without blocking airflow.
The main door features a dual-point locking system with a 6-plate lever lock and anti-pick double-sided key. A separate rear power compartment is secured with a 16-gauge steel panel and tamper-resistant screws. Passive ventilation through side and rear vents keeps devices cool without noisy fans — reducing distractions.
