The K&M 15262 is a compact four-leg stand designed for soprano and piccolo recorders. Its plastic peg has a steel core for added strength, while the zinc die-cast legs provide a stable base for keeping a recorder safely supported between playing sessions.
The stand folds down to just 132mm, making it exceptionally easy to carry and store. Its compact design allows it to fit into almost any pocket or accessory compartment, making it a useful addition to a recorder player's equipment without adding significant bulk.
The four-leg base provides stable support while keeping the overall stand small. The zinc die-cast legs give the stand a solid foundation, while the screw-able leg base allows it to be dismantled for storage.
The plastic peg features a steel core with a 6.5mm diameter, combining a lightweight design with additional internal strength. The complete stand weighs just 0.08kg, so it adds very little to the equipment being carried.

Another brilliantly clever instrument stand from K & M. It is sturdy enough to support the weight of a tenor recorder, whilst folding away to fit into the tenor recorder case with ease. Also absolutely fine for descant recorders too. It will be nice to line my recorder up, in a safe standing position, along with my other Woodwind instruments for music assemblies in schools.
