The K&M 14951 tuba performer stand is designed to support upright tuba playing, with an extended height range of 650mm to 1140mm. Its wide base and rubber-coated instrument support provide a stable platform for the instrument, helping players maintain a comfortable and controlled playing position.
The stand uses a non-marring height-adjustment mechanism and safety pin to keep the support securely positioned with two-section steel construction folds for storage and transportation.
The 14951 provides additional height compared with the standard tuba performer stand, making it suitable for upright playing positions. The 650mm to 1140mm adjustment range allows the support to be positioned according to the player's setup and instrument requirements.
A wide base provides a stable foundation for the tuba, while the rubber-coated support provides a protective contact surface. The stand has a 10kg maximum load capacity and is designed to accommodate all tuba models.
The height adjustment incorporates a non-marring mechanism and safety pin to help keep the stand securely positioned. When not in use, the two-section steel construction folds down for easier storage and transportation.
