Made popular by Sergio Mendez back in the 60's, this up-tempo samba sounds great with bands with limited experience. The rhythm section parts are all carefully notated and the melodic lines are easy to learn. Solos can be played by piano, alto sax, or trumpet. Another great adaptation for beginning bands from Michael Sweeney.
