Mission: Impossible is a 1996 American action spy film starring Tom Cruise. The plot follows the character Ethan Hunt and his mission to uncover the mole who has framed him for the murders of his entire IMF team. U2 remade the original theme for the film soundtrack where it became a hit in the USA peaking at No.7 on the Billboard Hot 100.
