Chamberlain processed order promptly and item was at local Fedex Monday evening. However despite delivery being scheduled for Tuesday a.m. it did not arrive. The same experience each day until in desperation Friday I went to the local Fedex depot to try and locate the item! It was located in a sub contractors van and brought to me Friday mid day. So although I have no complaints with Chamberlain I think the delivery process needs up grading to a reliable system.
Both products are fantastic, strong and good looking ( for stage use) Service was excellent,likewise prices. Only one small gripe. . . . . you are not open on saturdays. . . . when most musicians and bands are playing. So often I discover something is missing on a Saturday morning. Yes , I need to plan more effectively especially for maintenance of gear but it would be great if you were open from 10 - 12 noon!!!
