Introducing the Fender Standard Stratocaster electric guitar
The Fender Standard Stratocaster continues the legacy of one of the most recognisable electric guitar designs ever created. First introduced in 1954,
the Stratocaster became known for its comfortable body shape and versatile sound.
Built to support players at every stage, the Standard Stratocaster offers approachable playability and a familiar control layout. It is a reliable choice
for practice, performance, and developing guitarists.
Fitted with three Fender Standard ceramic single coil pickups, this guitar delivers clear, high output tone. The traditional Stratocaster controls and 5
position selector allow players to explore a wide range of sounds.
Balanced body design
The body is constructed from poplar and finished with a gloss coating. The contoured double cutaway shape improves playing comfort and allows easier access to higher
frets.
Visual details include a 3-ply white pickguard, white pickup covers and white control knobs. Chrome hardware completes the traditional Stratocaster appearance.
Designed for comfortable playability
The guitar features a maple neck with a satin finish, providing a smooth and comfortable playing surface. Its Modern C-shaped profile is designed to sit naturally in the hand, making it ideal for players of all levels. Fingerboard materials vary by finish, with the White model featuring a maple fingerboard, while the Blue model comes fitted with a poplar fingerboard (also referred to as Indian Laurel).
A 9.5 inch fingerboard radius offers a balanced feel that works well for both chord playing and single note lines.
Flexible Stratocaster pickup configuration
The Standard Stratocaster is fitted with three Fender Standard ceramic single coil pickups in a traditional SSS configuration. This setup is a familiar part of the
Stratocaster design and produces the clear, focused tone that many players associate with the model.
A 5 position blade switch allows players to access a range of pickup combinations, making it easy to shape the guitar’s sound for different playing styles.
The control layout includes a master volume along with two tone controls, with Tone 1 assigned to the neck and middle pickups and Tone 2 dedicated to the bridge pickup
