The PreSonus EarMix 16M is an advanced 16-channel personal monitor mixer designed to provide a high-quality, expandable, networked monitoring solution for stage, installed sound systems, and studio recording.

This monitor mixer provides professional sound quality, easy-to-use mixing features, and a high-performance headphone amplifier to ensure you have the monitoring tools you need for any situation.

EarMix 16M is designed to work seamlessly with PreSonus’ StudioLive Series III family of mixers, yet it’s also compatible with other AVB-enabled systems.

It can be powered from the included external power supply or over Ethernet (PoE) from a compatible switch.

Personalised monitoring

The EarMix 16M provides each channel with a three-band EQ and a limiter. This processing is also available for the main bus, allowing each musician to create a mix that works best for them, and channels can be easily grouped, simplifying complex mixes. Once you’ve perfected your monitor mix, save the whole scene to internal memory; you can store and recall up to 16 mix scenes locally.

High-quality monitoring

The EarMix 16M personal monitor mixer has a loud, clear headphone amplifier that can drive low-impedance devices such as professional-caliber in-ear monitors. With a top-of-the-line digital-to-analog converter for wide dynamic range and low signal-to-noise ratio. The EarMix 16M delivers excellent sonic performance, whether you’re using custom-molded in-ears or your favourite pair of studio headphones.

Versatile monitoring

When combined with the StudioLive 16R, the EarMix 16M becomes a complete personal monitoring solution that can be added to any mixing system. Simply connect the outputs of your installed mixer to the StudioLive 16R and route them to your EarMix 16M personal monitoring mixers over AVB. The StudioLive 16R lets you add independent reverb, compression and more to your monitoring system.
