How our reviews work

  • A few days after your order ships we'll email you a link to leave a review. When your feedback is published it will carry a Customer verified badge, so others know it came from a real order with us.
  • We only ever edit a review to remove profanity, spam, or personal details - otherwise it's published exactly as written, good or bad. We won’t ever remove or edit critical ones.
  • You don't need to have bought a product from us to review it - if you know the product, we want you to let other shoppers know what you honestly think, using the form on the product page. These are moderated in the same way, but won't carry our Customer verified badge.

  • Product information
Stagg's BJH-B20 blues harmonica is a great little instrument that will not let you down.

Despite its name, this harmonica is very versatile and can be used in many different genres of music such as folk and soul, as well as blues.

N.B. It is worth bearing in mind that when using a harmonica for blues playing, it is generally preferable to use a harmonica tuned to the 4th note of the key in which you are playing.

Top notch

just what we wanted and fast posting.

Excellent delivery time great product

Very nice harmonica, as described and arrived within the stated time. Thank you

I ordered 3 harmonicas to test the differences. This one, the plastic Halilit one and the tiny key chain one. This is obviously the best one - Stagg make good jobbing instruments of all sorts which are as cheap as they can be and have the minimal best quality for the price. This means that this harmonica works reasonably well for the price. It's slightly out of tune but not too noticeably and I suspect if you tried out a few, you would find one that's better. Blues harmonicas are supposed to have notes you can bend and this one does do the blues thing and bends the notes and it sounds reasonably ok. Not a big volume. Comes in a nice case with a piece of tissue papare round it. I will be using these with 3 + 4 year olds on mass! One thing though - I got this one for £3. 34 so I don't know why it's gone by 57p in just a few days...
