As a recorder teacher, I find that some pupils benefit from having thumb a thumb rest on their recorder, particularly adults. These do the job brilliantly, but they do need replacing after a few years of use.
This is a very simple accessory for my tenor recorder that for me, makes it more comfortable to play. It works and i would certainly replace it if I needed to.

These will replace the cork and rubber bands I have used for years. The thumb grip fits my Aulos recorder. (It does not fit my Dolmetsch Treble.)
