Introducing the Zoom MS-60B MultiStomp bass pedal

Zoom’s MS-60B Multistomp pedal will bring your bass to the forefront. With 58 expertly crafted DSP effects and bass amp/cabinet models all in one pedal, you’ll have everything you need to quickly and easily create deep, rich bass tones. Dual output jacks and a handy built-in tuner complete the package, making the MS-60B the perfect companion both onstage and in the studio.

Reduce the size of your pedalboard and save space in your setup by adding an MS-60B. This portable device offers plenty of great-sounding ways to help you craft the perfect bass tone.

Intuitively designed

The MS-60B’s intuitive design allows easy navigation in both live and studio settings and makes creating, saving, and rearranging effects incredibly simple. There’s also an Auto Save function, which ensures that whatever edits you make will automatically be saved, so you can focus on making your music without any worry.

Organise your sound

You can use up to 4 effects simultaneously and arrange them in any order you like, and you can bring individual effects in and out of the chain whenever you want. There are 50 patch memories where you can store your custom edited and chained multi-effects, with the first 30 pre-loaded with useful factory settings. The MS-60B even lets you create a list of up to 26 patches to cycle through as you step on the MS-60B footswitch, which is handy for live gigs or whenever you want your effects in a certain order.

Feature packed

The onboard chromatic tuner supports both standard and drop bass tunings, and you can opt to either bypass all effects during tuning or to mute the outputs so that you can tune in silence. The input jack accepts signals from both passive and active guitars, and dual line-level output jacks enable you to record the MS-60B’s many sounds in stereo. Last but not least, the MS-60B’s Tap Tempo feature allows you to set delay times and modulation effect frequencies in real time to the rhythm of the song you're playing.

Versatile power options

This amazing device runs on just 2 AA batteries, either alkaline or rechargeable NiMH, and powers up automatically when a connector is inserted into its input jack. Plus, a Power Management function automatically turns the pedal off if it’s unused for extended periods.

Battery life is up to 7 hours with alkaline batteries, allowing you to use the MS-60B with confidence, from rehearsal to the main stage. Alternatively, the MS-60B can be powered from an AC adapter (not included) or via USB, giving you plenty of options no matter your setup.

A wide variety of effects available

  • Shape and control your low end with 19 different compressors, limiters, equalisers, filters, exciters, frequency splitters, and Zoom's Noise Reduction (ZNR) algorithm, designed to remove noise during pauses while still maintaining your instrument's natural tone.
  • The MS-60B's 11 boosters, overdrives, and direct inject/preamp models include simulations of the BOSS ODB-3, DS-1, and Metal Zone, as well as the Electro-Harmonix Bass Big Muff, SansAmp Bass Driver DI, MXR Bass D.I.+, Xotic Bass BB Preamp, and Avalon Design U5.
  • The 6 amp models provided include emulations of classic tube amplifiers like the Ampeg SVT and Fender Bassman, as well as the contemporary sounds of the Hartke HA3500, acoustic 360, Aguilar DB750, and Italian Markbass Little Mark III, each with its own distinct cabinet modelling that can be used to further alter the tonal quality.
  • You'll find 14 different modulations and special effects in the MS-60B, all specially crafted for bass. These include phasing, flanging, chorusing, tremolo, detuning, and pitch shifting, as well as a sub-octave generator and an intelligent bass synthesiser that plays along in key.
  • The MS-60B's cutting-edge DSP microchip performs 32-bit floating-point calculations, giving it the ability to create sophisticated studio-quality effects such as the 8 rich, dense reverbs, and realistic spatial simulations. These allow you to place your bass in natural-sounding spaces such as rooms and halls or to add delays of up to 4 seconds.
