One-to-one consultancy, free of charge
Getting reliable advice on instrument care and repair can be a real challenge these days.
Many companies use middle-men to deal with customers, they then speak to the person carrying out the work. Unsurprisingly, this can lead to all sorts of problems.
That’s why with our service, you’ll always deal directly with the person working on your instrument, so there’s no danger of anything being lost in translation.
From setups to expert repair
It’s important to find good technicians when it comes to complicated repairs. Similarly, a correct set-up is vital, instruments sound better, are more responsive to the touch of the musician, and will have a longer life.
At Chamberlain Music, we understand that musicians don’t just want their instrument to be well looked after by people who know what they are doing, but for every job to be delivered on time and to the agreed budget.
“I go here for all of my musical instrument repairs, their luthier really knows his stuff”
Charlie Kelland – Professional musician
