The K&M boom microphone stand combines a height-adjustable stand with a two-piece telescopic boom arm, allowing the microphone to be positioned independently of the stand. The stand features a folding tripod base with a zinc die-cast socket for stability and transport.
The telescopic boom arm extends to provide additional reach while maintaining a secure connection through K&M's T-bar locking mechanism. A standard 3/8" threaded connector allows the stand to be used with compatible microphone clips and accessories.
The boom arm extends from 435mm to 745mm, allowing the microphone position to be adjusted without moving the stand. The telescopic design provides flexibility while keeping the overall footprint of the stand unchanged.
The stand is manufactured from steel and features a folding tripod base with a zinc die-cast socket. The height adjustment clutch and T-bar locking screw are designed to hold the stand and boom securely once positioned.
The stand folds for transport and storage when not in use. The folding leg construction allows it to be moved between rooms or packed away without disassembly.
