The JP074 is a full size Bb non-compensating euphonium with a 12" bell and a 0.571" (14.5mm) bore with 3 water keys. Made from yellow brass and finished with gold lacquer, the instrument is built to last, and its robust construction has made it popular with schools, music services and training bands.
This model is specially designed for beginners as it features an open wrap design and a thumb hook, supporting players with smaller hands. The 12" bell helps sound projection, creating an overall bigger tone, supporting those students that are new to the instrument. The inclusion of a rose brass lead pipe means that the instrument produces a full, dark sound.
