JP Instruments JP074MKII B♭ euphonium 3 valve starter model outfit
The JP074 is a full size Bb non-compensating euphonium with 11" bell and 0.571" (14.5mm) bore. Made from yellow brass and built to last, its robust construction has made it popular with schools, music services and training bands.
This model is specially designed for beginners and features a thumb hook support and lightweight open wrap layout. Intonation is excellent, and the tone is particularly good at the top end, but the lack of a compensating system or fourth valve means that the very low register is not completely chromatic.
