Easy to play
The Howarth Junior Plus+ clarinet outfit is designed for beginners and is beautifully light weight and easy to assemble. Its reduced keywork is perfect for smaller hands whilst still capable of a chromatic 3 octave range. It is pitched in Bb and uses standard Bb clarinet fingering which makes for a very easy transition as and when the player progresses to a standard Bb instrument.
Simple assembly
This clarinet comes complete with the Howarth 'SimpleFit' mouthpiece, ligature and cap set. It is a much easier way for young children to get used to fixing reeds to the mouthpiece as the ligature is permanently fixed in place. The design currently only works with Rico reeds which are the most popular student choice.
