Introducing the Suzuki 510-44 Intermediate Violin
A perfect step-up instrument for the advancing student and intermediate player, the Suzuki 510-44 features a deep and elegant sound. Carved from wood which has been seasoned for 10 years or more, these models feature a depth of wood grain not typically found at this level.
These violins are made following traditional craftsmanship and using European woods. Each soundboard is carefully hard carved to provide a rich sound and ample tone projection. The top is made from good quality spruce, with a beautifully flamed maple back, sides, and neck. The fingerboard, pegs, tailpiece and chinrest are ebony.
Rich oil finish for sound and appearance
To allow the selected and carefully seasoned woods to show through, Suzuki violin makers carefully apply the varnish finish to each instrument. This makes for a beautiful instrument with exceptional sound quality.
