Resource Review - I Can Compose

I Can Compose is an organisation that provides resources and CPD to support composing activities in secondary classrooms. However, their free resources mainly consist of a series of posters which can be downloaded in A4 size free of charge, some of which could also be relevant in primary schools.

As well as posters showing shortcuts for various online music platforms, there are posters featuring composers designed for use during Women’s History Month and Black History Month. These are a great resource for finding music for students to hear in and around the music department, and works by the suggested musicians are a great addition to a playlist of music to play as students come into assembly or arrive for lessons.
