Monarchs lecterns come complete with locking doors and handles with a plinth to the floor, making for a useful built-in storage cupboard, enhancing convenience and space-efficiency.

One adjustable shelf is a handy addition, allowing you to better use laptops and notes while presenting, and three separately located cable ports ensure that you'll always have the necessary power and connectivity.

Monarch offer exceptional build quality, hand finished and functionally safe for use with the rigours of a busy classroom environment. They use high quality materials and components to ensure each unit is robust, rigid and sturdy. Each unit is constructed using 18mm FSC certified MFC, 2mm thick ABS edging and fitted together by cam and dowel construction. To back up this superb manufacturing, they offer a 5-year warranty as standard, with the products meeting BS EN 14073-3:2004 British Standard and EU equivalent in respect of strength, durability and stability.

Sustainable manufacturing promises

Monarch's Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified MFC is manufactured in Chirk, Wales. 80% of the boards are recycled timber (a mix of hardwood & softwood coming from old furniture, pallets, cable reels) and the recycled content comes from the UK and the 20% non-recycled material is spruce/pine which is also grown in the UK. For every tree felled, two are re-planted.
