Product as expected, needed tuning but no issue. Pleased with sound which is improving as my ability improves.
In my limited experience this is a great guitar especially for someone like me who is new to playing the guitar. I would have scored it 5 stars but for a couple of rough edges on the paintwork around the edge of the sound hole. Also in hindsight probably not the best idea (for someone like me who is extremely OCD about finish) to order a glossy black guitar either :-)
This is a good value guitar, perfect for an average player like myself.
