Designed for life on the stage, CQ-20B is the highest channel-count mixer in the range and is controlled via the free CQ MixPad app. CQ takes Allen and Heath’s renowned processing and effects, adds exciting assistive mixing tools, and packages it all up into their smallest, most affordable digital mixer series to date!

Every input channel on the CQ can be switched between two flexible modes to suit your workflow. Quick Channels provide instrument and application specific processing, allowing you to dial in a full channel of processing via a single knob for fast, effective results. Need more detailed control? Switch to Complete Channels for full access to advanced parameters and precise fine-tuning when your mix demands it.
Setting the right gain for each channel can be time-consuming, especially when working with multiple inputs. CQ’s Gain Assistant speeds up the process by quickly and accurately setting optimal gain levels for one or more channels, saving valuable setup time. It also monitors your levels throughout the performance, helping to prevent unexpected peaks and ensuring a smooth, consistent mix.
CQ’s Feedback Assistant automatically detects and eliminates problematic frequencies with up to 16 filters per output, letting you mix confidently without worrying about feedback.

CQ simplifies multi-channel management with 4 DCAs, each capable of controlling any combination of inputs, outputs, and FX, which is ideal for managing groups like a drum kit with a single fader while preserving internal balance. Four Mute Groups also let you instantly mute or unmute multiple channels with a single tap, perfect for stage mics, monitors, or full sections.
The CQ-20B is designed for remote control via the intuitive CQ MixPad app. With built-in dual-band Wi-Fi, there's no need for an external router—just connect your device to the CQ's secure wireless network and take full control of your mix from anywhere!
Whether you're recording, streaming, or running a virtual soundcheck, CQ makes it easy. A built-in USB audio interface supports multitrack recording, playback, and streaming directly to your DAW. An SD card slot enables standalone multitrack recording and playback, and stereo files can be recorded or played back via USB drive. Bluetooth connectivity lets you easily play back audio from a phone, and the CQ-20B also includes an assignable Alt Output, ideal for feeding an engineer’s IEM or other secondary destination.
The CQ-20B features powerful built-in dual-band Wi-Fi, eliminating the need for an external access point. Simply connect your device to the mixer’s secure network and control your mix via the CQ MixPad app, no cables or setup hassle required.
The CQ-20B provides all the connectivity you need with 16 mic/line inputs and two stereo line inputs. Output options include a pair of main mix outputs, six dedicated monitor outputs, more than enough for a full band, and an assignable Alt Output, perfect for engineers’ monitors or additional routing flexibility.
Ideal for conferences, podcasts, theatre, and speech-based events, CQ features an integrated Automatic Mic Mixer (AMM) available on all input channels.
