So you want to learn a musical instrument?
The Chamberlain Music Instrument Rental Scheme is ideal for kids and adults who want to start a new instrument without the burden of a costly purchase.

What do I need to be able to proceed?
You can rent an instrument either in person in our showroom in Haslemere, Surrey or by mail.
Please bring two forms of ID:
1) Photo ID, either a new style driving license with a photograph or a passport
2) A utility bill or credit card bill clearly showing your name and address
Before calling please have to hand:
1) Your address over the last 2 years
2) Contact details
3) Details to set up a standing order (The name on the account, Account number, Sort code, and your branch address)
You will also be required to send us the two forms of ID mentioned above in the 'Showroom' section. These can either be scanned and emailed over to us or a copy posted with your signed hire agreement.
Once we have received your signed hire forms and ID we will dispatch your instrument to you.
Please note: There is a delivery and admin charge of £19.95 GBP for cellos and £11.95 GBP for all other instruments excluding Double Bass and Electronic/Acoustic Drum kits which are currently not available for postal hire.
What is the minimum rental term and how often do you take payment?
The minimum term for renting an instrument is 3 months. Renewals are automatic each quarter and up to a maximum of two years after which the instrument is yours to keep.
Can I purchase the instrument?
Yes, the instrument can be purchased at any time with 50% of all rental charges deducted from the price (up to a maximum of 7 payments)
