Introducing the Tom & Will Classic cello gig bag
The Classic series 41VC cello gig bags from Tom & Will are designed to provide great protection, convenient carrying options and cool colour choices at affordable prices. These bags are intended to fit most standard sized cello models.
A soft lined interior with 20mm deep padding awaits your cello, with additional padded ribbing in the bridge area to protect this most vulnerable part of the instrument. At the base of the case, an external anti scuff panel protects both the lower bout of the cello and the fabric of the bag itself.
Easily portable
You can carry this bag over one or both shoulders with the integrated adjustable backpack straps, or by hand using the side carrying handle. A large grab handle on the front along with additional handles below the shoulders of the instrument are a great help for loading into and out of vehicles.
Additional features
The 41VC bag has a number of pockets both on the front and back of the case. On the front you will find a long pocket down the centre of the body for your bow, along with a smaller pocket further down the body which is great for pencils, rosin, spare strings and whatever else the cellist on the move might need! The two larger pockets on the back provide sheet music storage, so there’s no need to bring a separate bag of music.
YKK zips and pulls are used throughout these bags, arguably the most reliable zips on the market. The main zip runs almost the entire length of the bag, making it quick and easy to put your instrument away. The zippers are designed with a gap at the base to allow the instrument's endpin to protrude.
