The Stentor Student I is one of our most popular student violins. Produced using solid tone woods and benefiting from individual hand shaping and finishing it is easy to play and makes for a trouble free student instrument. Stentor student violins in general produce a much nicer sound than other economy violins which may be constructed using composite woods or laminate tops.
The violin has an ebonised hardwood fingerboard with pau rosa pegs with an adjustable nylon tailgut and Teka pattern wood chin rest.
This violin is supplied as an outfit which comprises a lightweight case with fitted interior and carrying straps with natural horsehair bow and rosin.
The name 'Stentor has been known to orchestral string players and teachers for over a century. Edward C.
