We despatch orders quickly and efficiently. Orders processed before 1pm are very often despatched on the same day (subject to payment terms and stock availability).
Orders placed after our couriers have collected will usually be shipped the following day. We use a variety of couriers and shipping methods to ensure that orders are
shipped and delivered quickly and safely. We can call upon a number of additional couriers during busy periods, and also operate a private specialist service for acoustic
and digital piano deliveries.

Collections can be made Monday to Friday, 9:00am –5:30pm. You can collect from our showroom where there is ample car-parking available.
Select ‘Click & Collect’ as the delivery method when you reach the checkout page. Your order will be processed quickly, and we will inform you
by email when it is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours, subject to stock availability). Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with you when
collecting.

Our carriage charges are normally calculated according to order contents as below:

Orders paid before 3pm are normally despatched the same day subject to availability. If you need something in a hurry, we can normally organise next day delivery on

Couriers are contracted to deliver Monday to Friday only, with the exception of our private piano delivery team who deliver on Saturdays where applicable.
