Introducing the Zoom H1N handy recorder

This is excellent as a voice recorder or dictophone, but just as suited to recording demos, rehearsals, concerts and any other sounds.

The Zoom H1N handheld audio recorder is very easy to use, with an intuitive control layout that makes committing anything to record very straight forward wherever you might be.

Part of Zoom's handy recorder range, this model features a pair of high quality condenser microphones in an XY arrangement to capture audio. The Zoom H1N then allows you to record high quality WAV or MP3 files and then transfer the files to your computer for sharing or editing with the USB cable included.

New controls

The H1N comes with a newly designed user experience. One-touch button controls make it simple to record songs, audio-for-film, lectures, podcasting, and more. And its new monochromatic 1.25” LCD display is easy to read even in the brightest lighting conditions.

Distortion free recording

An advanced onboard Limiter offers distortion-free signal up to 120 dB SPL, cleanly recording the loudest of bands.

A Low-cut filter also helps eliminate pops and unwanted low frequency rumble.

Easy capture and intelligent replay

You can set the H1n to auto-record, pre-record, and self-time, making sure you always capture the moment.

Also, the H1n's Playback Speed Control lets you transcribe music, interviews and other types of recordings without altering pitch.

Free software included

The Zoom H1n comes with free download licenses for Steinberg’s Cubase LE music production software and WaveLab LE audio editing software.
