Coronavirus: How will my order be affected?

We are despatching online orders as normal and our Haslemere showroom is also now open as usual.

Our warehouse

We're operating our warehouse with reduced staff for their safety and yours, and have implemented the appropriate infection control measures. Orders are still being despatched on the day they are received.

Our suppliers are running as normal for the most part. Needless to say, deliveries to addresses outside the UK may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Our showroom

You are very welcome to visit our showroom! We have implemented a number of measures to make your visit enjoyable and safe.

Please only enter our showroom if you are well and remain at least two metres apart from customers and staff.

Please always use the hand sanitisers that are provided on entry and around the store.

Please ask a member of staff before touching or playing any musical instrument.

And finally thank you for your patience if we are busy.

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to the live stock level information on product/basket pages:

  • If items are in stock they should get to you in the normal time.
  • If they're out of stock, we're still likely to be able to fulfil your order quickly and will endeavour to keep you updated as best we can.
  • Products with long lead times generally mean our suppliers are outside the UK or that the products are made to order. In these situations it's best to get in touch with us directly before ordering so that we can give you accurate estimates.
