Coronavirus: How will my order be affected?

We're still despatching online orders as normal but our Haslemere showroom is closed until further notice.

Our warehouse

We're operating our warehouse with reduced staff for their safety and yours, and have implemented the appropriate infection control measures. Orders are still being despatched on the day they are received.

Our suppliers are running as normal for the most part. Needless to say, deliveries to addresses outside the UK may be subject to delays beyond our control.

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to the live stock level information on product/basket pages:

  • If items are in stock they should get to you in the normal time.
  • If they're out of stock, we're still likely to be able to fulfil your order quickly and will endeavour to keep you updated as best we can.
  • Products with long lead times generally mean our suppliers are outside the UK or that the products are made to order. In these situations it's best to get in touch with us directly before ordering to avoid disappointment.
