We get your order ready for you to collect from our showroom or warehouse, both situated in Haslemere. Our team will bring your order outside for you to take away.

We are an independent music retailer and online store, and we aim to offer the best service.

Our sales office, warehouse and piano departments are open as usual, and remain fully staffed and ready to help.

If you phone us a helpful member of our team will answer quickly. If you send us an email we will respond straight away (...and you won’t get that with Amazon!) 

We continue to work hard to ensure that orders are despatched quicker than ever.

We pride ourselves on our already excellent level of customer service – we now plan to take that to new heights. 

Placing an order

We are ready to help you however we can and we respond to all enquiries rapidly.

Our offices are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

We can assist by phone, email, webchat or social media – just get in touch and we will respond straight away. 

Our warehouse

Our warehouse is operating with additional staff to make sure that orders are despatched when possible on the day they are received.

We have strict procedures in place which allows our team to work safely and efficiently, as they have been throughout much of this year. 

Couriers and deliveries

Our couriers are operating as normal, and deliveries are being successfully fulfilled.

We can call upon a number of additional couriers during busy periods.

We also operate a private specialist service for acoustic and digital piano deliveries, which continues to run as normal. 

When will my order arrive?

Please refer to the live stock level information on product/basket pages:

  • If items are in stock they should get to you in the normal time.
  • If they're out of stock, we're still likely to be able to fulfil your order quickly and will endeavour to keep you updated as best we can.
  • Products with long lead times generally mean our suppliers are outside the UK or that the products are made to order. In these situations it's best to get in touch with us directly so that we can give you accurate estimates.
  • If you cannot find what you are looking for on our site, please contact us. We are ready to go the extra mile to obtain whatever you need.
