Yamaha P515 premium portable digital piano

The premium digital piano model in the portable P series range, the P515 delivers Yamaha Clavinova digital piano performance in a compact form. Benefiting from Yamaha’s acclaimed NWX hammer action keyboard with ivory and ebony feel, wooden naturals, escapement and three sensors for improved accuracy, the P515 is a refined and dynamic instrument that is sure to satisfy even the most advanced musician. A much wider pallet of 40 instrument sounds, with significantly increased polyphony over the P125A, includes the Bosendorfer Imperial concert grand, while a built in LCD screen enables in depth control over the characteristics of the piano sound via 'Piano Room'. Virtual Resonance Modelling cleverly calculates how the acoustic piano resonates in certain conditions, providing additional harmonics and resonance usually missing in digital pianos, while binaural sampling, captured from the perspective of the pianist, creates a spacial sound when playing with headphones, as if the sound is coming from the piano itself rather than directly into your ears. Additional features including Bluetooth MIDI and Audio connectivity, a USB audio record facility and 480 XG sounds for MIDI file playback, all making the P515 a supremely capable digital piano, equally at home on stage, in the studio or in the living room.
