Introducing the Yamaha Pacifica 112V 4/4 electric guitar
With outstanding tone and value, the Yamaha Pacifica combines player-focused, stage ready features, making it a great option for players of all abilities.
Powerful sound
The push-pull coil tap on the Pacifica 112Vs tone knob allows the bridge pickup to be instantly switched from humbucker to single coil for incredible tonal variation. With a block saddle type vintage tremolo the guitar has enhanced sustain with excellent tuning stability and easy adjustment. With a ring mount rear pickup mounted directly to the body, rather than the scratchplate, the tone produced is thicker, fatter and has a greater sustain.
The custom wound pickups feature Alnico V magnets to deliver the perfect balance of warmth and clarity, and wax-potting ensures a feedback-free performance even at the highest gain settings.
Expertly crafted
The maple neck of this instrument imparts a bright and sharp tone, while the rosewood fingerboard not only contributes to a rich, bright sound but also guarantees a consistent and inviting feel. The body, expertly crafted from alder, adds a resonant and balanced tone, with a brightness that surpasses other hardwood options.
112J vs 112V - what's the difference?
The 112V features higher quality pickups for better sound production, whereas the 112J comes in at a lower price point with standard quality pickups. The 112V also has a rosewood fingerboard, whilst the 112J's fingerboard is walnut.
