This striking solid bodied, full size instrument comes in a glossy metallic red finish on laquered maple.

The violin has 4 fine tuners, 2-band EQ & volume control. An internal headphone preamp with a minijack output allows you to practice at home in silence, while a 6.3mm jack main output allows you to plug in to an amp or computer for performance or recording respectively.

A very cool feature of the Stagg silent violin is the MP3 input. This allows you to plug in an iPod or MP3 player and hear the music, along with your own playing, through the headphones.

The Stagg electric 4/4 violin in metallic red includes case with carry strap, bow, rosin, headphones, 1/4" jack lead and 9V battery.
