Digital pianos

Some useful information to consider

  • The minimum hire period is 3 months.
  • Quarterly payments are to be made in advance by standing order.
  • Delivery and post-delivery tuning charges (if applicable) are to be paid at the time of order along with the first 3 months rental.
  • Should you decide to return the instrument you must pay the cost of return in advance of collection.
  • Wear and tear is expected but it is up to you, the hirer, to ensure appropriate insurance is in place for the duration of the rental and that the instrument is kept in good, resalable condition.
  • Acoustic pianos must be tuned a minimum of twice per year by a Chamberlain Music approved piano tuner.
  • The initial post-delivery tuning is compulsory and is required simply to ensure the piano settles correctly in your home.
  • You must keep the instrument in appropriate climatic conditions and away from direct sources of heat. Feel free to contact our piano team for advice on positioning.
