Warehouse operative & van driver

Full time - immediate start

Primary role - Warehouse operative:

  • Assisting our expanding warehouse team in picking, packing, and shipping goods
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Stock taking, preparing stock for sale
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Secondary role - Van driver:


  • For insurance purposes, all applicants must be over 25, have a minimum of three years driving experience (not necessarily van driving), and a clean driving licence
  • A mature and positive attitude
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Comfortable taking instructions and confident using initiative
  • Applicants must be conscientious, good time keepers, and display attention to detail
  • Owing to the physical nature of the role, applicants must have a reasonable level of fitness

Some knowledge or experience in the following fields are useful, but not essential:

  • Computer skills
  • Knowledge of musical instruments
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Previous van driving experience

Working hours 9:00 � 17:30, Monday - Friday

Warehouse assistant

Full time - immediate start

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic applicant to join our dynamic and versatile warehouse team. The role will include:

  • Picking and preparing orders for despatch
  • Loading and unloading lorries
  • Speaking on the phone with suppliers
  • Stock taking
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • A positive attitude and a good eye for detail are essential as orders must be processed quickly and accurately to meet our daily deadlines. Good computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office are important, and the nature of the job also requires a reasonable level of physical fitness.

Full on the job training will be given, but warehouse experience and a full driving license would be a distinct advantage.

Sales Advisor
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our sales and customer service team. The job offers a brilliant combination of sales, customer service, order processing and data management and the right applicant needs to be able to thrive in a busy environment.

Applicants must have:

Great interpersonal skills

The ability to work as part of a dynamic and versatile sales team

Fantastic written and spoken English

Good computer knowledge

A working knowledge of music, musical instruments and notation

The role will include:

Speaking directly with decision makers, to promote our product and to maximise any sales opportunities that may arise

To administer and process any sales accurately, to respond to emails and answer telephone queries

To focus on customer service and to maintain good customer relations

To report directly to the Sales Manager

The successful applicant must have:

Good IT skills and computer knowledge

Good English language and grammar skills

Polite and helpful customer service

Able to work to deadlines

A keen eye for detail

Sales / target-driven attitude

Shop assistant
Previous experience would be a distinct advantage, but for the right applicant not essential. Full on the job training will be given.
This is a fulfilling and engaging position and involves a combination of sales, customer service along with stock control, data management and liaising with technicians and suppliers to give the best possible experience to our customers.

The Role:

To report directly to the Sales Manager/Showroom manager
