Carriage
Our carriage charges are normally calculated as follows:
UK orders

Acoustic pianos, Timpani and some other bulky items
Some of these items will be subject to a delivery charge in which case it will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Couriers are contracted to deliver to doorsteps - we do not deliver goods inside your home.
In the case of larger digital pianos or where very heavy items are delivered on a pallet, it should be noted that we
cannot easily transport the pallet up steps or kerbs. If this is not a convenient means of delivery, please inform us
at the time of placing your order and we will try to make other arrangements.
